Right to return<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To\u00a0initiate\u00a0a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period and provide their order number together with the reason for the return request. The reason for return is requested for quality and service improvement purposes only and does not affect eligibility for a return.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once a return request has been\u00a0submitted, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if returned products show signs of use, damage, missing components, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers are free to choose their preferred shipping carrier when returning products.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied, all return shipping costs, including the cost of any return label, shall be borne by the customer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and\u00a0retaining\u00a0proof of shipment until the return process has been completed. The customer\u00a0remains\u00a0responsible for the returned goods until they have been received at our warehouse.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
