About Dimitri

Dimitri Esposito is a celebrated French pastry chef and chocolatier, renowned for his exceptional skill and creativity in the world of confections. Originally from Marseille, France, he trained extensively in Advanced Technical Culinary Skills at Les Compagnons Du Devoir, where he specialized in pastry and chocolate making. A few years ago, we created the first Charlotte pastry design with him, giving a fresh update to the design with the relaunch of MoldBrothers Pastry!
