That’s why we designed the Flower Rounded Viennoiserie Mold. It combines a financier base with laminated dough in one creation. Inspired by the layered shape of a flower, the centre opening lets you loop the laminated dough through to create a distinctive presentation. The result? A different way to build viennoiserie, with more freedom to layer flavors, textures and finishes.
