A classic financier in a surprising shape. The existing cutting tools are designed for laminated dough alone, but we felt there was more to explore. That’s why we designed the Flower Rounded Viennoiserie Mold. It combines a financier base with laminated dough in one creation. Inspired by the layered shape of a flower, the centre opening lets you loop the laminated dough through to create a distinctive presentation. The result? A different way to build viennoiserie, with more freedom to layer flavors, textures and finishes.
