Butter Believe It
The Petit Beurre has been a staple of French pastry since the late 19th century. Its crisp rectangular shape, scalloped edges and signature pattern of small holes have defined its appearance for generations.
The biscuit is widely used in classic desserts such as biscuit cakes, cheesecakes, and ice cream cakes. This mold turns the familiar biscuit into a trompe-l’œil. Inspired by the way Petit Beurre biscuits are stacked in the original pack.
